New Service Request

Welcome to the North Collin Special Utility District Community.  Please contact our office by phone -or- you can print out the required forms to apply for service. We look forward to serving your water needs.

All new transfer services require a Service Application, a Right of Way Easement, and a copy of your warranty deed or lease agreement, along with a $150 deposit, payable with cash, check, or money order.  Please contact our office to inquire about the cost of a new meter.  

You can mail or bring the documentation into our office.  Please note the Right of Way Easement requires a notary and we do provide notary services in our office.
